By accessing or using the ET Academy website, application forms, student portal, payment pages, hostel application pages, lecture-material pages, or any related online service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or submit information through the portal.
The ET Academy portal is intended for prospective and registered IJMB/JUPEB students, authorised staff, finance officers, hostel officers, academic officers, and administrators.
You must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful academic, administrative, admission, hostel, and payment-related purposes.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. You must not share your password or allow another person to use your account.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless unauthorised access is reported promptly.
ET Academy may suspend or restrict accounts suspected of fraud, false information, abuse, unauthorised access, or policy violation.
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission. Admission status, registration records, admission letters, exam/photo cards, and other student documents are subject to ET Academy review and approval.
ET Academy may reject or delay processing where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading, duplicated, or inconsistent with admission requirements.
You agree that all information, documents, photographs, payment references, and contact details submitted through ET Academy forms are true, accurate, current, and complete.
False or misleading information may result in rejection of application, suspension of portal access, cancellation of document access, or further administrative action.
Uploaded files must be relevant, safe, clear, and lawful. This includes passport photographs, supporting documents, payment proof, and other portal uploads.
ET Academy may remove or reject uploaded files that appear malicious, unrelated, unreadable, fraudulent, offensive, corrupted, or inconsistent with the purpose of submission.
Students may submit payment proof manually or use available online payment options. Manual payment records remain pending until reviewed and confirmed by authorised finance personnel.
Online payments must be successfully verified through the payment provider before they are treated as approved. A displayed payment reference does not by itself prove successful payment unless the transaction is verified and recorded as approved.
Students should keep transaction receipts and payment references. ET Academy may request additional proof where payment details are unclear or disputed.
Refunds, reversals, overpayment handling, and payment disputes are subject to ET Academy’s administrative review and applicable payment-provider rules.
Students must report payment issues promptly using the official contact channels and provide correct transaction details.
Hostel application submission does not guarantee allocation. Hostel approval, room type, location, and allocated room are subject to availability, eligibility, administrative review, and ET Academy accommodation rules.
Lecture materials, timetables, announcements, admission letters, exam/photo cards, and portal documents are provided for student academic and administrative use.
Unless expressly authorised, users must not copy, resell, redistribute, upload elsewhere, modify, or misuse ET Academy materials or documents.

ET Academy aims to keep the website and portal available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or upgrades.
ET Academy is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control.
The portal may use third-party services for payment processing, security verification, hosting, email delivery, analytics, or technical support. Use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ET Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from misuse of the portal, inaccurate user submissions, unauthorised account access caused by user negligence, third-party service failures, or temporary service interruptions.
